The project is design a house with a small establishment. The project includes the layout and the design of the house. The house has three floors with an attic and one basement floor. It is designed as a stand-alone. The first floor of the establishment of the background and the main entrance to the house. The rest of the house is designed for family living. This part is a utility room, basement and garage in the basement. Living room with household equipment is then in the upper part of the house. The house is run by two separate entrances with wheelchair access to the premises and the entrance to the garage in the basement. The house is designed as a brick building of brick masonry Porotherm in modular size 250 (125) mm with ceramic ceilings MIAKO a cylinder. Roofed by a gabled roof. The house is located on a private plot of 1200 m2 with built up area of 120 m2. The land is gently sloping.

The subject of my bachelor's thesis is the design of the supporting structure of the roof including plumbing work and roofing work of a residential building in the village Ivancice u Brna. It is a new building with 16 residential units. The building is without a basement with ground floor, aboveground floor and attic. The bachelor's thesis includes: a technical report, situation of building relationships with the wider transport routes, statement of measurement, technical regulations, organization of construction solutions, schedule of work, design of mechanical assemblies, quality requirements, safety work and details.
The Development of the Roof Structures from Antiquity to the 20th Century

This diploma thesis deals with the historical development of roof structures and materials used in their construction. The development in time can be delimited from the antique Rome and Greek up to the introduction of modern reinforced concrete structures in the twentieth century. The paper focuses not only on the roof structures and their types, but also on the appropriate roofing. In addition, it highlights the advantages or disadvantages of the individual types of structures, their elements and other relevant things. It is also devoted to the typology of the materials, their development and correct processing. The main aim of this work is to summarize the information and to outline the development from the earliest times up to the present.
